There are some kicking around. I considered it for a while for a German Eb which took the same size as the Getzen, York Monster Eb, and similar instruments (the horn was missing a bell). The carbon fiber bell was pretty cheap, but as I understood it, the problem was gluing it to the rest of the horn (at the ferrule, sticking the leadpipe on, and so forth) and having it stay put.
