I have a copy of Finale notepad. It is freeware and will do what you are asking. You must, however, input each note. After that you can change up or down to any key. Very basic program with some limitations but works rather well and is pretty easy to learn. It is on their web site (Coda Music, Software, something like that?) or email me and I can email it back to you.
