Weril has a quite good 4 (top) valved euph, that can be had for little over the half of the price of the Weril tubas. Including a hard case, which I am not too sure that comes with the tubas nfor the quoted price level. The Weril euph actually also comes with a very relevant mouthpiece right from the factory.

You might be able to buy it from several sources. One frequent poster on this board sells them:
