Judging from the wrap, which is not a "compact" wrap, that's a pretty good sized F tuba with what looks to be a somewhat smallish CC. The F side, statistically, is about the same size as a Mir-181. Looks like an interesting horn to play. Wonder how (in)consistent the tuning is.
