I had the same problem too. My applied instructor told me, it was because my lips got too close to each other and caused it. When you go to play the notes try to make sure you change the shape of your mouth and it stays just as open on the low as the higher notes. If that combined with the keeping where you are going in the back of your mind notewise, try buzzing the change on your MP. Not a gaurenteed fix but it is what worked for me.
