Not a video (not yet anyway, although I am sure it will be available eventually) but PBS is getting set to broadcast the Ken Burns documentary on jazz entitled oddly enough "Jazz" throughout the month of January. Check your local PBS listing for time and dates. There are 10 episodes I believe. I already purchased a 6 pack of blank VHS tapes and have been practicing my VHS recording! My wife got me the CD sampler and the book for Christmas.
