Actually this happens to me when I play a Bb or a D(just sometimes with the D) and slightly with a C. This happens no matter what horn I play on, so it is definitely my head. Your head is vibrating at a similar frequency as the flashing on your screen. Its like when you videotape a tv and the screen flashes when you paly it back.
