I don't think there's any way to really know if there is an answer, because I really can't think of a scientific way to compare or contrast.
In other words, to really know the answer to this question, one would need two tubas of the same make and vintage - side by side - one with a detachable bell and one with a fixed bell - both bells being the same size and style. I don't think any of us are going to come across two such tubas.
