Bass-clef euphonium parts, just like trombone and tuba parts, are written in concert pitch, and are played without transposition. Baritone treble-clef parts are transposed up a major 9th, which is like a trumpet, but the note on the baritone sounds an octave below the trumpet. So, they use the same fingerings as a trumpet, but sound an octave lower.
