The general consensus seems to be that it is the fault of the angle of the leadpipe, or the angle which you are the holding the horn at. Both of these are, of course, the likely culprits. Yet, it may also be the fault of the mouthpiece itself. My Bach 18 tends to build up excess amounts of water and hence can dribble, but my Schilke Helleberg II has never had that problem.
