Denis Wick 4 or 5. These have the small european shank, if you need the full sized shank order the 4L or 5L. I use a 4 on my old Boosey & Hawkes. I love the clarity of the artix you can get with it. These are pretty small though. If you just want a mouthpiece a little smaller than the 18 try the Conn Helleberg or the Conn Helleberg 7B as was mentioned below. If you like Bachs, the Bach 22 is similar to the Helleberg but with a rounder rim.
