I have a RB bag I bought about two years ago and I noticed a few days ago that one of the rivits that hold the right sholder strap on has fallen out. There is still one rivit holding the strap on but I just don't trust carrying my horn by only one rivit. Does anyone know if RB has a policy where they will repair or replace my bag. I love the bag and just wish to get it back to normal as soon as posible.
