Bach makes a number of mouthpieces that are smaller than the 18 (32.10 mm diam),
e.g. 22 (31.6mm) 24W, 24AW (AW is deeper cup, both 31.25mm) , 25 (30.6mm), 30E (30.00mm) and 32E (29.5mm)
