You read my mind I was about to post a message asking about the Hirsbrunner EE flat comp 3+1.
I was very interested to know if the instrument had been designed with a large or small mouth piece in mind. I played a Besson Sovereign EE flat for years but it very frustrating as a large mouth piece caused the instrument to go markedly flat. Apparently some tubist who use large mouth pieces all the time have a section of tubing cut out.
I would hope Hirs EE is tuned with a larger mouth piece.
I can't imagine many Hirsbrunner EE comp 3+1 are produced. I never heard or seen one in England, Australia, USA or during my travels on the continent. It would be nice to know the instrument has been used successfully by a pro.
I'm planning to visit Hirsbrunner in the next year and hopefully try a EE comp. I'll let you know how it plays.

Cheers
