I hate to play the devil's advocate here, but you can probably find Gene's excerpt on Napster. It's a great CD, a heartily endorse it, but if you want the stuff quickly and/or don't have any money, it's an option.
It's really a great piece. I like to practice it because it really tests your limits (range, volume). If somethings outta whack that day, you'll know it. If you go to Berkeley, you should talk to Peter Wahrhaftig. He's a great guy and well-informed.
