Yeah, they seem to do them early around here. I wasn't going to do it until I realized that it's late enough in the day to only kill half a day of work and not a whole day. And then my wife's uncle called and told me he was coming to town just to do it, and wanted moral support (he's still on his way back from a 35-year layoff).
If you make it out towards the Blue Ridge while you're here, though, give me a holler and I'll buy you an adult beverage and maybe some Mexican food to wash it down.
