Probably the best place to go would be to a local professional, and if you're really serious, someone who does it for full-time and makes a living off of it. What kind of mouthpiece you want really depends on the horn you're using, the sound you want to create, and the ensembles you ideally want to play in. Otherwise, consult Woodwind and Brasswind. DO NOT go to a local store unless you know they specialize in tubas and are knowledgeable of all aspects of the horn. I think it's relatively safe to say that most local store owners don't know the bell of a tuba from a hole in the ground, so to speak. Good luck.
