The Steven Mead euph mouthpieces have been out for a few years. The
SM4 is basically a Wick 4AL in terms of dimension (rim diameter, cup
depth), but the rim has a different shape (more rounded) and the body
is different. Same with the SM3 <-> 3AL.
The new one is the SM3.5. The Prestige euphs come with this mouthpiece,
which sits somewhere in between an SM3 and SM4.
