Au contraire, mon frere! Actually, your exact phrasing is correct. B & S is not the maker of VMI. B & S is made by Vogtlandische Musikinstrumentenfabrik (VMI). VMI horns are not exactly the same as B & S's, but I have not heard a bad thing about either horn.
