I have one. It's most likely designed with the B&H EEb's in mind. All metal, kind of a gigantic straight cornet mute, painted black. Two drilled holes on top, to let air out. Rather heavy, the length is about 60_70 centimetres, and it has a handle. I guess it will fit most bells, but for my Besson BBb I have to put some clothing around it. The length is just a tad too short for my instrument. (Maybe they think EEb players are more ambitious and practicing harder?).
My early sample (three years old) has a rubber ring in the end. Intonation is OK to my ears. But resistance is quite tough. Maybe it's good for the physics.
