Bobo's G tuba, I understand, is pitched one note higher than an F tuba. Specifically, it's not GG, just G.
Now that there are three-valve contrabass bugles (with the occasional 4v prototype or custom modified contra), they can be called a sort of fully chromatic tuba rather than just "bugle". They are indeed in GG, meaning that they're pitched below the BBb tubas.
Incidentally, Bobo's G tuba is the same length as a baritone or euphonium bugle -- although it's certainly fatter! :)
