I'm hoping your comment was tongue in cheek and not just a snide remark. If it's the latter then let me point out that, since it "was written for Winston Morris and the Tennessee Tech Tuba Ensemble by the TTU Music Department Dean, Dr. Gregory Danner", then how they did it in Tennessee is very important.
