Ask Klaus. He probably has 5 or 6 of them. Seriously, it's obviously European. Interesting use of clock springs which are usually (in my limited experience)used with rotary values, and even more interesting is the fact they pull the valves down rather than pushing. It is an interesting horn, but no, I'm not bidding on it either.
