Hi Doc,
I owned a 2145 with the Nirschl valve set (smaller) and I LOVED them. The response on that horn was excellent. I really don't like the "BIG" valve sets that are offered on the newer models. This is one of the reasons I sold my 45slp. It got to be a pain to play that valve set. If I were to buy another 2145 (great horn) I would look for an older model. This is only MY opinion.
