I suppose that if money is really no object, you have had a number of very good suggestions show up in answer to your question. However, for a high school, you really need something that is built to protect the delicate parts of the horn, namely the valves. Certainly now out of fashion, but a horn with vertical/upright valves is much less likely to suffer damage in use.
On the other hand, if you REALLY mean that money is no object, and you can replace the horns on a regular basis as they are damaged, go for the good stuff.
