I wonder why there are so many for sale as well. I wish I had a couple to chose from when I bought my HB21.

However, I still haven't played a 4/4 c tuba that I thought had response and sound nice enough to cause me to consider selling mine. If I were to get rid of it....I suppose I would look into the MW2000. However, every day that I play that HB21 I feel lucky to have an instrument that is so good. I know that any weaknesses come from me and not the tuba.

The HB tubas play differently than most others. I believe that is the source of most of the HB bashing. To each his own. I like the sound and I like the way they play......I hope that people will start selling the hirsbrunner f tubas too!

I would be very interested to know what these players are replaceing the HB with. Especially if it is a 4/4 C tuba.
