That depends on the reading abilities of the baritone player and whether the horn part is provided in Eb as well as in the standard F.

If the baritone player reads Bb treble clef, you can take the key/number-of-sharps-or-flats from the Bb trumpet parts and transpose the part up a fourth from the Eb horn part or a fifth from the F horn part.

If he only reads bass clef you will learn how to draw ledger lines: take the key/number-of-sharps-or-flats from the tuba part and transpose the part up an octave from the Eb horn part or a ninth from the F-horn part.

Accidentals can be tricky to handle from a short over-the-web explanation. However there are fixed rules, which your band director surely will help you with.
