My experience learning C tuba is this: Make a fingering chart yourself covering the entire range of the instrument. Learn it backwards and forwards, memorize every fingering and note name and location on the staff, above the staff, and below the staff. Buy an Arban book for trombone (octave transposition) or tuba, Kopprasch books for tuba, Blazhevich books for tuba, and the Rochut books for trombone (transpose at the octave) and learn to play from each. If that doesn't do the trick, nothing will.

P.S. - All bass clef books, whether identified as being for BBb, Eb, F, CC tuba, trombone or baritone bass clef is written as a "C" book. In other words, it is in concert pitch. The only difference is that the fingering chart shown is usually for the BBb tuba, Bb baritone or Bb trombone.
