What makes the Getzen conversion special is that the extender on the 5th valve is not a FLAT whole step, but a regular whole step. The extender for a flat whole step is a good deal longer.
The setup on the Getzen is normally a flat half step 5th, with two different extenders that can be added.
I had played around in paint shop and created 3 pictures showing the different set-ups, but I've lost them, I'll work on it again, and see if I can get them posted.
