I understand where you're coming from. It makes sense. So then I guess my next question is this: is a Conn 56J the wrong horn for the task of becoming a professional tuba player? If not, what should I be looking for? A Hirsbrunner obviously, but what about Rudy Meinl or the MW 2000? Is this what it's going to take to get me to the next level, other than practicing? Thanks for the help, it's appreciated.
