Thanks guys. Doug I am actually in the works of purchasing a MW 2145, many say the particular horn I am buying is a great one with a terrific low register and that's a thumbs up to me. The only thing is I have had my heart set on something more like a Willson 3050 or a 2155 but my budget really only allows for the 2145 and it will be the only horn I have so I am thinking for an all purpose instrument it should fit many of my needs.
The gentlemen selling the horn said he has played it in a few orchestras with great results so I can't wait to play it. So I think I am going to go for the 2145. What do you think? Anyone else?
