1. If I take a photograph and make a print, and then use an airbrush to retouch that print to remove a mole on a girl's face, is tha still a photograph?
Yes - Airbrushing & retouching are taught in photography

2. If I take a photograph in a regular film camera and scan the film into the computer, is it still a photograph?
Yes - The image is in the photographers mind. It is his/her skill and imagination that create the photograph.
If the photo is reproduced in a book, it is still considered a photograph.

3. If I use the computer to remove some telephone lines from that picture, is it still a photograph?
No - That is a computer enhancement.
It would be the photographers vantage & skill (i.e. perspective & depth of field) that would nit show telephone lines.

4. If I print it out on an Epson printer, is it still a photograph?
As long as it was not digitally enhanced, it would be.

6. If I add a moon using a computer, is it still a photograph?
No - See #4
