The difference is Dennis is still at the BW. Goes back to an old law suit against UMI and Dennis was involved. People have long memories.
123 is now 51% owner of Brasswind. Dennis is not majority owner anymore.
I doubt seriously BW will still be allowed to sell UMI as long as Dennis is affiliated with the BW.
If he permanently leaves that may change.
