Just a word of warning--don't be dissuaded if you can't get through to the Elliotts right off. I recently received a call from the Mrs., informing me as to the status of a recent order. They are SWAMPED with great volumes of orders, and they are going like crazy trying to get past orders prepared and shipped.
Be patient, and perhaps you'll get through...
