A "Fast Eddie" is basically a steel rolling pin with one handle that can be secured by the use of a vise. Rolling the dent perpendicular on the "Fast Eddie" (Named after Ed Strege of Badger State Repair) with some force presses out the dent. Covering the steel mandrel with a fresh portion of wax paper with each use prevents most damage to the lacquer/silver plating. It was the first tool I purchased as an Apprentice back in '89. Sometimes called a rocket roller. Here is a picture from Ferree's Tools of a smaller "Eddie" on their Dent Machine.
