I can't answer the shop location question, but YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE A DENT ERASER ON A TUBA BELL. The metal is thinnest on the bell and a dent ball magnetic or otherwise will only serve to leave lots of grooves in the bell.

Bell dents are usually "rolled" out using a special piece of equipment. that vaguely resembles a hydraulic press. A roller presses down on a stationary iron, with the bell placed between the two. Success at hiding creases varies, depending on the severity of the dent and the thickness of the bell.

If the bell involved has a garland, this complicates matters greatly if the damaged areas are in the area of the garland.

A good repair shop can lessen the appearance of creases and restore the shape of the bell without damaging the finish or compromising the structural integrity of the bell, but maybe it's a good idea to leave any aggressive restoration work for the time when your boy's out of school.
