whether one horn is a little better this way, or a little better that way isn'ttooucha problem I wouldn't think. You're going to play in college likeself. Youcouldn't really go too wrong with either instrument. It's only later that you'll probablywant to purchase two seperate horns, and then really go into specifics. AT the moment though. I reckon the Pt-6p is a nice, even horn, with a relativelybig sound, and good response. you couldn't really ask for more at this stage. I mean, if you were playing orchestra stuff, or solo work, you wouldn't really playa5/4 anyway. you;d be on 6/4 orchestral instrument, or a 6/4f tuba or something.
