It's not nearly that old. I would be surprised if it were as old as the '70s.
"Harmonia" is the only thing engraved on the bell, it's similar looking to

It does have
MADE IN
CZECHO
SLOVAKIA
stamped on the receiver (hope i spelled that right). It actually doesn't have the Cerveny name on it at all that i can find.
