The last can of motor oil I had my hands on, had a little disclaimer, in fine print, somewhere on the lower portion of the label, stating something about contact with motor oil causing cancer. Dont you think that with the stuff inside your horn, maybe it would not be the healthiest thing. I'm not too sure about the lithium grease either. Chemicals like the ones in those products are not good for the human body.
