Reminds me of what happened in our band one time. A sousaphone player decided to flip his sousa upside down on his body to relieve the weight, and had forgotten to screw the bell on. Well the bell promptly fell out and rolled down a rather steep hill before hitting pavement.
Bad dents and scars all over.
Funny story though ;-)
