If Mr. Ofenloch played for the BSO for that particular concert, then he was the tubist of record. I would assume that he was credited in the paper program given to the concert attendees, so credit would logically be given elsewhere. Putting the credits on the TV screen is an incredibly easy exercise. If I (har-dee-har-har) were the tubist on that concert, I would want to recognized, even if I had never before played with that organization, and wasn't expecting to play with them again.
