There actually is a band excerpt book floating around somewhere in tuba land. I was fortunate enough to get a copy. As for repertoire, it has everything but the kitchen sink in it. It's about 400-500 pages of band excerpts. All the warhorse transcriptions are included, like fingals cave, and oberon. I'll bet that if you searched hard enough you could find someone with this book, to copy. (For study purposes only, of course).
