I have to second #8(not because the St. Petersburg is a bad horn, but because it's HIGHLY unsuitable for young high school students).
Number 9 should read: "Don't buy a horn from a dealer located in Durham, North Carolina." You've been given a list of reputable dealers to deal with, and they should cover your needs well... so don't be tempted to check out the used car dealer..err, I mean tuba dealer in N.C.
