Dr. Young,
I am sure that your mouthpiece opens up the lower register. However all of us have different bone/dental structure and different lip thickness and different oral orafice (mouth size) from yours. I'm sure there is some mouthpiece tuning that can be done, but isn't it a tough statement to make that everyone could use this mouthpiece without a shift? Please explain the dynamices of your design.
