Don't you just use the fingerings from an octave lower?

But remember, since each valve drops an (any) open note by a certain (fixed) number of half steps (1st valve = 2, 2nd valve = 1, 3rd valve = 3, 4th valve = 5), and since above high Bb there are an increasing number of notes that CAN be played open (middle C, I think is one), THEREFORE there are now a much greater number of alternate fingerings that will work just fine, since there are so many more open tones in this range.

This is why "french horn" is so challenging to play (and why they add the trigger and the Bb side of the horn) -- so many open notes it becomes a challenge for your lips to pick the right one. Adding the Bb side reduces this problem somewhat (for half an octave of range anyway).

Corrections welcome,
