The Ozawa/BSO "Roman Trilogy" has long been out-of-print, but you could probably find it used without too much of a struggle. If you have any friends near Manhattan, have them check Academy Books & Records in lower Manhattan someplace. Nearly everything crops there at some time or another. I'll keep my eyes open for you. That was a very good Roman Trilogy.
