Indeed, this a really nice German F tuba. Not many of these guys floating around either. This F has an amazing middle and upper register that plays VERY well in tune. The low end is typical of German F's. It has been used in many masterclasses in the US, Canada and Europe as well as with many professional ensembles with the previous owner. Very good action on all of the valves. Steve has taken very good care of this horn and so did the previous owner. If you're in the market for a good rotary F, this is definitely one to check out. Give David Fedderly a call if you're on the East Coast and stop by and play it. Plus, it would be a great opportunity to check out the new store!
