It will be worth it to get another opinion on things. When I was studying with Mr. Perantoni, I drove from Bloomington, IN to St Louis to get a lesson with Michael Sanders. Also cought a performance of the St Louis Symphony that night. It was one of the most impressive musical learning days I ever had. Got to hear Mr. Sanders play excerpts from in his basement from the concert to follow that night. Then to hear him do it with orchestra really connected the dots for me. Now I know why Julliard turns out such incredible talent. Lessons in the afternoon and lessons at night.
