Good point. If your chops feel fatigued to the point where they are no longer operating at their highest potential, then stop. Put the horn down, and come back in a few hours. It is much better to always practice on a rested face than on a tired face. You will introduce poor habits as you try to compensate for the lack of control due to being tired. Cut the two hour session into 3 40 minute sessions instead. You'll be more mentally focussed, your body will do the right thing, and you will shorten the time away from the horn by practicing several times over a 24hr period instead of only once or twice.

The best "warm down" is to stop playing for a few hours.
