I have the utmost respect for Klaus (and I hope the feeling is reciprocated in some measure).
My advocacy has been to get as complete information from all parties involved before advocating a course of action. In today's fast-paced world, we have become accustomed to making decisions based on partial information.
However, this is one case that does not have any particular demand of urgency. Become informed, consider the viewpoints and then develop a course of action.
"find the problem first, then the solution".
